Delete your account in the app
Open Widely, go to Settings, choose the account-deletion option, and follow the confirmation steps.
Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] from the address connected to your Widely account. Use the subject “Widely account and data deletion request.” Include your account email and country or region. Do not send passwords, identity documents, full business-card contents, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request what is necessary to verify the account.
What happens next
- We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account.
- We will review the account and related data stored in the app, database, or server systems that Widely Labs controls.
- We will delete or de-identify eligible data, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
- We will reply to the email address used for the request when the review is complete or if more information is needed.
